Hello Pam,

I just answered your e-mail to you, and after that I saw this e-mail in which
you almost answer all the questions I am asking in my e-mail to you.
Sorry I didn’t check this e-mail first.

What a wonderful monkey-family you have.
It must be so amazing to have them all in your life. And they have a wonderful
life with you and your husband too with the way they are housed, played with
and loved.

Greetings from the Netherlands,
Rita

Great Questions. I have 2 lars gibbons, 3 celebes, & 3 capuchins. You can
look them up on the pc by going to google.com and typing in the worlds.

All of mine are extremely gentle, my youngest is going on 3years old a
capuchin, I didn't plan on her but she was offered up for sale on Craigs list,
and I couldn't let her go to just anyone. After trying to find anyone skilled
with monkeys to buy her, I gave up and bought her myself. That's Tiki, she
came here scared of everyone & biting all men & guys because the lady who had
her had a son that played with her like she's a dog & allowed her to bite.
Merlin is a capuchin who is 14, Disney is my daughter's Capuchin who is 7.

My Celebes, Presley, Bindi, & Safari. Safari was a grown monkey that I took in
& is a dear girl.
The other two I raised from infants & are rather spoiled, but I wouldn't have
it any other way.

My Gibbons, Hope is 11, will be 12 in Dec. Link is 9. They are incredibly
awesome. Sweet as can be.
I love them all.

We've adopted human children & the primate children are a lot like them. We
have a large play room they come inside to play with us & our other human
friends who have primates. They also have large outside cages with the ability
to go inside for air conditioner or heat.

We give them zoo preme monkey chow along with a lot of other things. They LOVE
chicken, pizza, spaghetti, chili dogs, biscuits & gravy, eggs, veggies, etc.
They have a tv inside their building & downstairs in the play room. Along with
a lot of enrichment toys. They all treat us like we are their parents, or the
heads of our troop. They are
respectful to us & to each other. I feel blessed to have them in our lives.

Mary who is also on this group is their aunt grandma! She's also Aunt Grandma
to my kids.. the human ones. If I have to go anywhere, Mary moves out here and
cares for them. She's the one who taught me how to raise my monkeys, so I
trust her the most.

I don't work outside the home, so I'm pretty much with them all the time. They
love it when we all get in the big outside cage to play with them. They love
to wrestle, swing, jump, groom & get groomed.

Pam

How many do you have? What's a day like, taking care of monkies? Who takes
care of them when you have to go to work? on a trip?
