Mom and dad were both "throw away" pups. Literally , I found Missy running around a Fed Ex bldg. My daughter knows people at the 911 call center and they told her someone had called in that there was a dog tied up to a pole. ( This was after I found her) she was nothing but skin and bones . And Buddy ( the dad) was found running the streets of De. My son in law got him from someone that found him.
