Hopefully they already contacted someone but they are not a good shelter. That is where Monte came from and he was not eating and they apparently didn't try anything like warm water added to his food or warming him up enough to eat. Most dogs have access to outside so warmer but he was held inside in a very chilled area. Poor dude is lucky he didn't get pneumonia just an URI. And of course no pain pills for his neuter.
