transported several dogs several times

Very pretty, unfortunatly Florida has hundreds of Chis in shelters and not 
enough homes or spots in rescues. Many shelters always have 6+ and most die 
before being rescued. Monte was a gonner, shelters that have 200-300 dogs just 
can't give proper vet care or attention. He would have died in a couple of 
days, poor guy.
