I did that for Gigi after she was spayed to keep her belly clean. I cut a hole for her tail and it fitted perfectly. I have also cut the arms and legs off of old sweatshirts, and sweatpants and jeans and then cut two holes for her legs. You can stitch it all the way around, or use that iron on hem tape to make it look nice and even decorate them with what ever your imagination lets you. For real tiny chis, big socks work great too. It's fun creating your own designer clothes for them. Here's a couple of videos that show you how, and it is sooo easy. I love the 2nd video where she uses a girls bathing suit and makes a gorgeous dress out of it. I have to go looking for them soon, and try it. More videos on utube too.

I am working on a knit sweater for her. Just having trouble with it. But, I figure if I cut off the area where the snaps go, and she can wear it as a little Tee? Any ideas? Portia
