I had purchased a dremel at Home Depot, and in addition to getting parts that I didn't need, it was too fast and it even kind of scared me. I bought a PediPaws before I had Desi and you can't use that on a Chi. The one from Walmart is much quieter...Dolly doesn't like noise, but it wasn't that noisy and if I have her in the stroller she is OK...she doesn't like if I am holding her and trying to do her nails. Desi Lou is Mr. Calm and Collected. I do like that it doesn't spin as fast.
The good thing ordering 'to store' is that if it doesn't work, you just return it to the store.
