Gigi would prefer going outside, but because of the bad winters here that would be impossible, so I trained her for the pads which she didn't like, but likes the newspapers.

Mop up a spot of her accidents w the pee pad so it has the scent . Hopefully she gets the idea ! Once she gets the idea she can come out for longer and longer periods if time and go back to use the pad . If it isn't dog or cat pee and poop, Piper takes poop from the litter boxes and leaves them all over.
