I rescued a Chi right off the Euthanasia list. He was fear aggressive but
I had a friend who would take "crazy" dogs. I knew she would take him. We
were to bring him down to Florida with us and pass him along.
Once he spent 2 days in the car with us he was like velcro with me. He'd
bonded. I've had him 13 years now. He's still fear aggressive despite a lot
of schooling, dog park, dog beach time but he's mine..he adores me and now
I'm bonded to him as well.
He got what he needed a crazy lady who is patient and I got a dog with
issues who has a sweet side well hidden in him.
I always laughed at my Dad for taking the crazy dogs now this is my
calling.
