Thinking back on all my personal and fosters neutered only 3 bothered stitches and none came with E collars. Only a few had pain pills. Alice and Monte were both recently done when I got them, Alice had been spayed about 5 days before and Monte neutered the day before. Blue neutered the day before and Ranger neutered the day before I got him.
