I am sure Uwe would send you a copy if you would make a proper
request via private email so he can simply attach the file to his
reply.
The data sheet is available at FTZ so no need to scan paper or
bother Uwe.

was so kind to send the datasheet, but the list did not allow attachments, so
the "datasheet file" contains only a short message from the list Guru.
After all it is not sure that you could get the datasheet from FTZ. If
not, I can tell you, I have a paper version of this datasheet. Let me know
whether you need it. I hope I can scan it somewhere.
