According to a 1985 D.A.T.A. book on uP architecture, no such device existed.
This book includes support chips & cpus, but there is no range beginning with
'T' . Toshiba apparently cloned the Intel family (8085, 8086, 8088) and their
support chips. Try measuring them up. You may have a masked item, however, in
which case you're dead in the water.
