When you do a search on it, don't forget to look for GPIB and IEEE488,
since these the more common names (and non-propietary) for the same
interface.
A good source should be the LinuxLabProject, they have nice documented
source code and links

Also the manufacturers of the common interface chips for GPIB may have
some interesting stuff
