Wasn't there some revolutionary plastig recycling method developed in the
past few years at a German university? They cooled the material down way
below freezing temperatures, which had a very positive effect on the
behaviour during shreddering. I really can't remember where I've read this,
but "freeze", "cool" or "dry ice" might be a useful additional terms for a
search engine.
