I have also searched in vain and probed here. What I have is 
Tower's transistor book, which catches all European stuff 
Some Japanese book set with with all the 2S  numbers (Fets and bipolar)

I can't give you much detail on the latter. The symbols I can read (Vce, hFe, 
etc.), and the numbers, but the rest is Japanese :-o.
