Assuming that you want to keep the voltage 10V whatever the load is, wouldn't you just need a power regulator like for example the 78H10? If you really would want a current to voltage converter I think a simple resistor with a value of r=U/I=10/2=5 Ohm would do that. Perhaps you could explain more clearly what you really want, so we don't have to guess.
