Tony, It is used in a Kenance Lazer for DAC output, it controls the power supply voltage for a voltage difference op amp. all compents are very small.

Regarding your part marked LF:
So far, it doesn't seem to cross to anything made by Philips,
Siemens/Infineon, or ST. There's a good document on SMD markings that
Infineon has. You may want to look at it, although your part did not show.
Other suspects are Zetex, International Rectifier ( if your part is
actually a FET), Panasonic and Toshiba.
If you tell us where this part is mounted on (toy, appliance, instrument,
etc) and who made it, that may give us more clues.
