The 16F877 is quite an overkill for this, but still, as there is no mas 
production
involved, it�s quite a simple thing to do.
What you need is a keyboard from 0 to 9, to punch in the desired number,
so you get one-of-X and one-of-Y outputs activated.

Is that what you need ? To program this it takes like 2 hours ? Could you get
the hex code into the PIC ?
