Such "burn in" usually involves operating chips (or whatever) at
an elevated temperature, say 125C for 24h, to find any "weak"
parts (ie. failures). Often, burn-in conditions are specified at
temperatures in excess of the absolute maximum ratings!

You must consult the manufacturer for more specific details.
