This behavior closely resembles the Klez virus. I had a similar nonsense
message from fatcity.com while fighting KleZ. See the various anti-virus
web sites for a better description.

I also got it. I assumed that some sort of (robot)
mailing list manager got a virus mail with my email
address as the fake 'from address'. I get emails
every day from robots that react to mail that I
didn't sent.
I usually ignore it, because the people running those
robots are usually clueless, but I was planning to
respond to this one...
