Bit 1 - 0
11 = RC oscillator
10 = HS oscillator
01 = XT oscillator
00 = LP oscillator.
Yeah - I think so. I put in the figures for XT and LP oscillators, then
checked them with a read. I have even put in RC oscillator. This can be fed.
I currently have a 15khz signal in it, but the uP won't run. I'll try a
smaller capacitor.
I did also catch the lack of a pullup on MCLR :-o.
