Which paste should I use for national-semi microSMD package with 0.5mm raster, 0.2mm bumps? I would like to print paste with screen instead of stencil, but problem is with 80 mesh (only suitable for Type 3 paste), because screen wire raster is close to bump raster... Is only option laser formed stencil?
