At 3 pins per opamp, & 2 or 3 for supplies and possibly 2 or 3 each opamp for compansation, you're up to a lot of pins. If you find such a chip - don't use it! Imagine the service headaches!! Quad is plenty - use more chips, and make that section smt if necessary. You could, if you are really determined, start checking asics.
