At 3 pins per opamp, & 2 or 3 for supplies and possibly 2 or 3 each opamp for 
compansation, you're up to a lot of pins.

If you find such a chip - don't use it! Imagine the service headaches!!

Quad is plenty - use more chips, and make that section smt if necessary. You 
could, if you are really determined, start checking asics. If you put your 
head down now and start reading datasheets, you might get finished by 
Spring ;-)
