Does anyone have a pinout for these? I checked the number in a couple of old IC
Masters, they don't have a listing for the MT brand but they say of the other brands
of 4067s are 16 bit Multiplexers but I'm 99% that these are memory chips. These are
used in a Data I/O Unisite EPROM programmer. It has 20 of them in it and I doubt it
would have 20 16 bit Multiplexers! I searched the web and I found two references to
them. One says that they're 32k x 4 DRAMs and the other says that they're 64k x 4.
These are marked "MT 4067-12" and "8906" (made in 1989?) and have an American flag
logo on them.
