[Friedel Bruening]

Hi List,
anyone has a datasheet of M54562 or can tell me where to find ?
It�s a DIL18 from Mitsubishi, must be PNP type transistor array or OPTO-coupler,
used in a microprocessor driven device as 5-channel output driver.
