A couple of long shots:

Infineon lists the BAS16-02L with a marking code A6, but with TSLP-2-1 package (never heard of this kind of package).

Is this part damaged? Are there more in the board?
If you see them all over the board, they are probably small transistors acting as switches. Following the traces connecting this transistor and with the help of a voltmeter, you can figure what this animal is and what it does, and perhaps you can replace it with a generic part.
