I could not find any detailed datasheet, but from I found on the net
it is a standard 3A silicon Schottky diode. Voltage rating is given after the
dash in the part number
BYS26-45  45V
BYS26-90  45V

These diodes were apparently made by Siemens (now Infineon) and
Sanken. All other data should be pretty similar to comparable
Schottky diodes of other manufacturers (e.g. 1N5822, MBR340, SB340)
