I could not find any detailed datasheet, but from I found on the net it is a standard 3A silicon Schottky diode. Voltage rating is given after the dash in the part number BYS26-45 45V BYS26-90 45V
These diodes were apparently made by Siemens (now Infineon) and Sanken. All other data should be pretty similar to comparable Schottky diodes of other manufacturers (e.g. 1N5822, MBR340, SB340) Uwe. dwd> Hi, dwd> can anybody point me to (or supply me with) a datasheet for the BYS26 dwd> Schottky rectifier diodes? They are still on sale in some places. Who dwd> makes them? dwd> TIA. -- Author: Uwe Zimmermann INET: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fat City Network Services -- 858-538-5051 http://www.fatcity.com San Diego, California -- Mailing list and web hosting services --------------------------------------------------------------------- To REMOVE yourself from this mailing list, send an E-Mail message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (note EXACT spelling of 'ListGuru') and in the message BODY, include a line containing: UNSUB CHIPDIR-L (or the name of mailing list you want to be removed from).
