there is another rare in my problem box, Z3T226 from ST, neither google or the ST page didn't give any answer to my request.
It's part of the Truck side (TTL-level ?, there is a 74HC02 aside to it) of the adapter.
The whole adaptor consist of a MAX202 on the PC side for RS232 to TTL level converting and 5 optos IL217 for isolation,
then you find the Z3T226 with the 74HC02 circuit, a couple transistors, 3 x LM195 power transistors, lots of diodes,
the may function as protection circuit, the TA8000S and a power transistor for voltage regulation from 24V (truck-supply) to 5V.
