A search of Micrel and Philips did not show a 8926 as I am sure you know a search of the Electronics Components Index from www.offlinecd.com had one entry an old part from Fairchild NDS8926 - DUAL N-CHANNEL ENHANCEMENT MODE FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTOR (LIFE-TIME BUY) The datasheet was not avilable and as you know Fairchild bought many product lines from other companies in the 90s. Not much help, sorry.
