I have got two drive units for repair, one of which is giving me strange
readings on the power switches. The devices have slightly different
numbers which I believe to be similar parts. There are 2 rows of them.
1.
NE 22
IR 039E
45 28 (both rows)
2.
NE 22
IR 031E
14 23 (1 row) or
14 24 (second row)
I am fairly sure they are low voltage (~60V) fets with huge current
capacity in a TO220 package. They may also be special devices - e.g.
tested to a higher spec, which is probably temprature, or on resistance
These people use enough bother wuth special devices
Any ideas?
