Hi, I have some parts I do not know. They are
wide PDIP with 24 pins, and the text on it is:
      TM
TCI     V6  u48
(c)1980 TCI
(M) 8048

The "(M)" looks like the Motorola sign (but Motorola
always places that in the left upper corner so they
told me). The TM is half a line above/between the
"TCI V6" (probably meaning "Trademark").

Does anybody know what they are?

Regards,

Pieter Hoeben
