I used www.netcomponents.com. They work like partminer, or freetradezone, but they concentrate on discontinued or hard to get components, mostly military. At work I occasionally have to refurbish old legacy power modules for the navy/army.
There's a membership fee, but if they'll waive it after a business/background check.
