If you are looking for a replacement, you are better off ripping a sensor from an old VCR. Maybe floppy drives.
For reference, Allegro and Honeywell do have surface mount sensors, but not in the package shown in the picture.
You might want to check the usual Japanese suspects: Toshiba, Sony, NEC, Sanyo, Mitsubishi, etc. Don't bother with their European or American sites, go directly to their Japanese sites.
