Is it
possible that the ICs themselves are now obsolete?
I know
Brooktree was acquired by Rockwell, which then spun off
Conexant.
Then
Conexant spun off Pictos, which was acquired by ESS
Technology.

Hi all on ChipDir,
I'm looking for Brooktree ICs: BT684KHJ and
BT694KHJ data sheets. I have use Google and Yahoo search engines but no data,
just company names that have bought BrookTree. I have called the company which
at this time the name slips my mind. I can not recall. But, after talking to a
few people on the phone I was refered to one guy that had a data book but his
didn't have any discriptions nor pin-outs nor function name of these
chips. Just only they are listed under ATE catagorie. I have a BrookTree
data books but they don't list these chips at all. So, now I come to this end
and in hopes someone would come foreward with suggestions or one may have a
copy of the data sheet Thank you! [EMAIL PROTECTED]
