by the DVD Consortium. The DVD-ROM Specification is part of the DVD Book.

* A Title is comprised of Program Chains (PGCs)
* A Title may have one or more Parental Blocks in the Title Structure
* A Parental_ID_Field may contain a maximum of 16 Parental IDs
