Right - I'll have a go.
If you start with an opamp o/p, there are power opamps with all you
require. Presuming these are unsatiisfactory, and you have a good
voltage overhead (I.E. your supplies are high and you don't require all
the voltage swing available) you can make a supertransistor
construcytion in class B to pull up and down. The crossover is fairly
seamless, but not entirely.
Nobody is going to think about this until we have a lot more detail. How
precise? How big? What supplies in? etc.
