Don't be offended brother Alexandre, I am working in Bolivia, situation is
a lot worth here.
Business buy a lot of brazilian machinery here, that's what gives me
a lot of work, because they usually break down very quick, most electronics
I have seen, build in Brazil, fails frequently, solder problem are number 1
in the failure list, poor design and dimensioning problems are number 3.
The only machines, bit's and peaces from Brazil which I accept to be
within industrial standards are those, which are made under license from
mainly european manufacturas, like Festo, Fabrima, Mercedes-Benz, VW.

Sorry for this discourse, I realize it's totally of topic.
Anyway I didn't intend to offend nobody, brazilian people a very nice and
symphatic folks. The problems are luck of standards and control in anyway.

Cheers

Friedel

EEEEEEEEEEEpa, take it easy!!!

I do agree we have lots of bad stuff. You cannot imagine how hard is to have a legal
business and stay profitable in Brazil, and how hard is to us to import anything, from
books to supercomputers. The taxes are HEAVY. But you cannot tell that what we do here is
generally a mess. Brazil is growing fast from a third world hole, to a place that exports
technology. 5 years ago we couldn't even build SMD things here. Nowadays we have
motherboard factories (FIC, ASUS and others I cannot remember now). And TCE is out of
business (thanks God!).

What you had to repair made in Brazil?

I do respect your right to oppine, but don't agree with your oppinion. Hope you
understand and get to know better what we do today! ;o)
