I'm sorry. Did you mean that these were seperate chips or both markings on the same chip? Anyways, these markings are equivalent. They are both equivalent to Z8420B, Z0842006, MK3881, NTE3881, ECG3881, SK2881. CMOS devices that can also be used are: Z84C2006,TMPZ84C20P-6, and TMPZ84C20AP-6.
