May I suggest you try the following, in the following order.

        1. http://www.google.com - search for your part numbers. 
Search also for 'russian electronic components' 

        2. http://www.chipdir.org/ The chipdir has a Russian parts
section and a 'hard to find' page for searching for your parts.

        3. A cheat. http://www.brokerforum.com; They give you free
membership for a month. Use it!! You'll come away with  enough brokers
to find a lot of things. Then change your email address!! You'll get
junk for years otherwise. 
 
        4. Mail me privately, I will source your requirements and
forward them with a hefty comission added ;-)
