There are ready to buy voltage stabilizers, both magnetic and also 
variacs with automatic control available. I have some here since use 
them to stabilize mains of my tube testers (they are sensitive to 
voltage variations) but that�s all 230 VAC (Europe).

Maybe www.surplussales.com has some for 127 V
