Ok  John. You got most of it correct.  That value is 6800pF (6.8nF) +/- 20% at 16 volts.  You are looking for one reel which is 4000 pieces.

This is a two element array.  Most designers will not use an array because it usually results in higher path inductance. This means you are looking for a less popular part that is probably available only from the factory.  If I were subbing the part I would start looking for with the lower tolerance parts i.e.

W1A2YC682KAT2A (10%)
W1A2YC682JAT2A (5%)
Failing that I would replace the array with two 402 sized parts.  Now there are thousands of off the shelf replacements.  Depending on how the part is placed, the manufacturing screens may or may not need to be revised.

If that solution is rejected I would change the value.  Since this part is useful only as a bypass cap the value should not be critical. I think you would find a:
W1A2YC103KAT2A to be a much more popular part.

I believe the part is a:

Cap Array. 2 element 0405 package 20% tolerance 16v capacitance is min
of 121 and max of 682 in pF.

Having failed Mind Reading 101, it would help if I knew what the part
is????

Can anybody suggest where to find this or does anyone know a cross or
an alternate solution???

Thanks in advance for your help!!
