Well, I use Pegasus: http://www.pmail.com with SpamPal successfully. It is free, and has a lot of filtering possibilitys. I use a spam filter through my provider, then SpamPal, then the built in spamfilter of Pegasus, and then my own filter as Pegasus mail filter. I trade electronic components, often difficult or obsolete ones, and am therefor in the email lists of many companies. Many send spam without knowing because they use Outlook. I receive about 200 spam mails a day (and about 100 good emails that contain information about requests and offers on electronic components). From those 200, only about 1% comes through the filters, and I miss almost no good emails.
