The reversed "UR" symbol is the standard logo for a UL Recognized component. The "E101344" is probably refers to the UL file associated with the manufacturer of the cable. All those markings on the cable may just identify the manufacturer of the cable, but not the manufacturer that assembles the whole cable, including its terminations as an assembly.
