My two cents worth: Enable the "leave messages on server" option to allow the ISPs' servers to overflow and create problems. But the filters that they often use create other problems (see can.internet.highspeed for a recent fascinating thread: look especially for Walter Dnes or similar - this guy has filtering down to a t).
