Since channel selection is done with a binary nummer, you'll only find those switches (which then are called multiplexer/demultiplexer or mux/demux) with 2, 4, 8 or 16 in/outputs:
4051 1x 8<->1 4052 2x 4<->1 4053 3x 2<->1 4067 1x 16<->1 There are also special chips for audio and video signals which are better suited to switch analog signals which are ground referenced.
