Right on!! Thank You!!! Just what I need to finish refining the design.
I'm using the device in linear mode and really needed some of those
characteristic curves, especially SOA.
And thanks to Declan (that bottomless source of obscure, hard to find bits
of info) for the basic specs, just enough to keep me going in the mean time.
We can close this thread now. Many thanks to all.
