Diagnosys supply only few probes and lead the rest are optional and
expensive. We order directly from Pomona and 3M kits for DIL,SOIC,PLCC.
Price is much lower but you must assemble them.

We have exactly the same questions for above product especially on in
circuit functional testing since we did not find anything in the
specifications to convict us (number of vectors, quarts, memory behind
each pin etc).Did you find anything more than general statement what
devices support for testing?
