Hi all to the lists,
I am looking for this manual is called the EXOS 201 Ethernet Controller board, which goes into an old STS 6000 ATE tester. Please let me know any clue of where I can get it or related information. I have done an extensive search with Yahoo, Google and a few others, by a combination of key words that I can think of for searching.
This system is a very old UNIX base OS.

I shoved it there in case my unix oldtimer was curious, but he is the resident troll of that list, never posting without using abusive superlatives. Talk about grumpy old men! You may want to bounce this back to the chipdir, as you may get some help there when people can see a little. The problem is that this stuff has been relearned over by all of them many times.
