Sorry, I again search for a datasheet: MGF4918D, a medium-power shf GaAs-HEMT, manufactured by Mitsubishi. I cannot find it in the internet, and the manufacturer replied me, they didn't have a datasheet and the part was obsolete. Maybe, someone has it n .pdf format? Thanks, Steffen
