Selling only two chips of a certain kind is almost
always much to expensive for a distributor (let
alone a broker) and most will not bother to reply
if they only found out later that you didn't tell
this upfront. Delivering to South America may be
another problem.

Try to find a mail-order company like Farnell,
Digi-key, Conrad or such that has the part and
is willing to ship to Bolivia.

Thought you should know this by now... ;-)
