Sorry, mine is in use on an old XT based system.

Suggestions:

1.  Visit your local used computer warehouse.  They have piles of this old
junk laying around.

2.  Drop in a generic VGA card and buy a cheapo/generic VGA monitor.

3.  Try eBay, lots of used computer disassemblers dump stuff there.
